Prince Winbush PGA Professional

Originally from Schaumburg Illinois, Prince Winbush has lived in The Villages since 2021. He started playing golf in 1979 in Ann Arbor MI. He attended St. Josephs College. Prince says the best part of his job is sharing life experiences with residents, guests and fellow DreamMakers. His tip for playing any of the executive courses is always take one more club to easily cover the distance and swing easy.

Raymond EricksonGolf Staff Lead

Hometown: Bradley, IL

Ray and his wife Becky moved to the Villages in 2019. He graduated from Xavier University with an MBA degree. He spent 35 years as an IT Manager and 10 years as a digital marketer. After moving to the Villages, he participated in several outside activities including golf, pickleball, and softball. Soon after he joined the Fenney Golf Team and became a Golf Staff Lead. He served at Fenney for 5 years prior to joining the Woodlands team. Ray and Becky have a son, daughter in-law and 2 granddaughters. He enjoys playing golf as often as he can. Aside from golf they are very active in their church.

Maria HatchGolf Staff Lead

Hometown:New York, New York

Maria was born and raised in New York City. She attended Pace University and graduated with a BBA in Management Accounting. She moved to Celebration, Florida in 2001 and has been a Floridian ever since. In 2016, she moved to The Villages for the amenities and participates in a variety of activities here, playing lots of Pickleball as well as Golf. Maria had worked in Accounting and Finance for 22 years prior to becoming a Math Teacher. She enjoyed many years teaching in Celebration and The Villages. Maria has also enjoyed a successful career as a Realtor, making many lifelong friends over the years. Maria began working in Golf at Evans Prairie and Southern Oaks before coming to Woodlands. When asked what she loves most about her job she will tell you it is the people she works with and the golfers who are excited to be living the dream! Her special moments are spent with her two daughters on Floridas Gulf Coast

Gerald Miller Golf Staff Lead

Hometown: Philadelphia, PA

Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. After spending 4 years in the United States Marine Corps, I returned to PA and attended Slippery Rock University and finished SRU with a B.S. Ed and began my teaching career in the Pittsburgh area. I went on to Duquesne University and finished with an Masters in Administration and Supervision. I then spent 25 years in education as a Teacher, Principal, and finally a Central Office Administrator. I retired in 2021 and relocated to the Villages with my wife Joan. We were married in 1997 and have one son, Jerry Jr., who resides in Pittsburgh. We enjoy golf, bicycling, exercise and fitness, activities with friends and all other activities the Villages have to offer. We are both also active parishioners of St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Wildwood. I began working for the Villages in 2023 as and outside staff at Belle Glade GC and then Shallow Creek GC prior to joining the Woodlands team and enjoy facilitating a welcoming and enjoyable golf experience for all who play at Woodlands courses.

Dean PallottaGolf Staff Lead

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA. Graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. Before retiring, I worked 25 years for Paychex, Inc as a zone sales manager. Relocated several times during my career. Lived in Richmond, VA, Washington, DC, and Nashville TN. before moving to the Villages 7 years ago. I have lived more than 20 years in the state of Florida. Other Florida stops include Coral Springs, and Lake Mary, FL. Married to wife Anne for 26 years. I have 4 children and 6 grandchildren. Have an identical twin brother, Gene, who also works for the golf and tennis group. Worked the past 7 years for the Fenney group of executive courses.
